This protected iGuide virtual tour documents the existing conditions of a commercial unit to evaluate the retention of an existing mezzanine. We performed a detailed code compliance review, analyzing fire rating requirements and occupant travel distances. To support the client with structural compliance, we connected them with a trusted Structural Engineer for formal load verification and reporting.
